How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us at hello@ebbandglowdaily.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refund processing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment method. Original transaction fees and currency conversion differences are handled by Paddle in accordance with their policies.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made outside the 30-day guarantee period. Refunds are not available for promotional or gifted credits that were already redeemed.
